I support many chronic health conditions, weight management, and help you improve your overall health and wellness. Together we will develop a nutrition program focused on therapeutic foods that will support your goals and reduce or eliminate foods that contribute to dis-ease. Most clients prefer to book a 4-session package and then book as needed thereafter.

Tapas Acupressure Technique

TAT is a therapeutic technique designed to support emotional wellness. I am a certified TAT practitioner. Physical health is impacted by emotional and mental health. This is a very gentle and effective approach to supporting you in whatever challenges you may be facing. I have found that my clients who choose to do TAT session(s) are able to break through barriers and overcome obstacles more easily and gracefully.


Menu Planning

Take the headache and hassle out of meal planning with 1 to 2-week menu planning that takes into account your preferences, sensitivities, intolerances, and allergies. Menu planning for therapeutic diets such as Low FODMAP, Ketogenic, Low-Carb, Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten-Free, Anti-Inflammatory, and Mediterranean as well as others.
