what do you mean by food relationship coaching?
Food relationship coaching focuses on just that--your own unique relationship to food. Some of the aspects we explore are food through social context, your history, your present, cultural influence, past and present behaviors with food and eating, food aversions, and last but not least...pleasure in food. We look at all these aspects because, let's face it--relationships can be complicated and it helps to talk it out. I offer this exploration to all my clients as part of my services. It has helped many of my clients uncover hidden barriers to change and to reinvigorate passion and pleasure in eating.
